sax Gerüstbau is one of the largest scaffolding companies in southern Germany, offering first-class service and outstanding craftsmanship.

For our client, sax Gerüstbau, it was important to take a particularly creative approach to recruiting, as very few men and women are interested in the profession of scaffolding. It’s physically demanding work outdoors and not exactly attractive. Recruiting apprentices, in particular, presents a major challenge year after year. For us at RaapSteinert, it was clear that this had to be something special, unlike a typical job advertisement in a local newspaper. The goal was clear, and the result should make a mark in the scaffolding industry.
