With 500 employees at 17 locations, ‘HI’ is one of the leading engineering firms in Germany. Working hand in hand with public and private clients, it supports the development of schools, hospitals, leisure facilities and cultural centres – in other words, spaces for the community and the future.
We express this idea in the new claim ‘Space for the future’ and translate it into the entire brand identity. The centrepiece is the new online presence. However, the new concept will also be consistently continued at the locations, in social media, in print and in event communication. Another aspect is particularly important here: room for the future naturally also applies to the employees and their opportunities to develop. Under the motto ‘HI5’, we have defined HI’s brand values and translated them into a comprehensive employer branding concept.
