WordPress Tech Support (f/m/x)

In your role as technical support with a focus on WordPress, you will independently implement features, layouts, and minor extensions – both on the frontend and backend. You will handle support requests, analyze technical problems at the code level, and develop well-thought-out solutions. You will work closely with our development team. Internal documentation and clean handovers are just as much a part of your daily work as continuous technical development – ​​supported by your instinct for technological developments, AI solutions, and efficient workflows.

YOU:

• have excellent knowledge of WordPress – beyond the standard functions.
• have solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• implement custom extensions with technical integrity.
• Have a good understanding of technical SEO requirements (e.g., loading times, structured data, clean markup).
• are familiar with hosting, server configuration, and performance optimization.
• are interested in current AI technologies and their practical applications.
• you work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
• you can clearly document technical content.
