TachoSil® is one of Takeda’s biggest success stories in the surgical field. TachoSil® is a fibrin sealant patch for supportive treatment in surgery to improve haemostasis, to promote tissue sealing and for suture support in vascular surgery. More than 1 million patients have been treated with TachoSil® and its predecessors TachoComb® and TachoComb®H in Germany alone. In 2015, the new product line pre-rolled TachoSil® was launched by Takeda with the creative support and branding expertise of RaapSteinert.
Next to the launch concept for the pre-rolled TachoSil® line, RaapSteinert successfully conducted the relaunch of the entire TachoSil® brand. We have developed the guiding idea behind the launch as well as the communication concept. Our special treat was to design Takeda’s trade show presence for the product launch at the DGCH (German Society of Surgery) congress. Subsequently, our concept was introduced in the various print and online media.
