Recruiting campaign for nursing staff.

The shortage of skilled workers in the healthcare sector continues to worsen. This also affects the Passau Hospital, a key provider in the region. To find urgently needed nursing staff, we were commissioned to design a comprehensive cross-media recruiting campaign that would engage potential applicants emotionally and highlight the special role of nursing.

As part of this effort, we developed an extensive OOH advertising campaign with large-format posters and traffic boards in the region, as well as an in-app campaign that extended beyond the state borders. As part of the shoot, our rsk. Productions team also produced five reels for use on social media. The campaign’s target page was a specially developed landing page designed to facilitate the most straightforward application process possible.
