For the Heiliggeistspital-Stiftung Freising, we were commissioned to develop a recruitment campaign for nursing staff, to be rolled out across traditional and digital media. The goal was to create a communication foundation for future recruiting communications, independent of the Heiliggeistspital-Stiftung’s corporate design.
The result is an attention-grabbing campaign that focuses on people with striking statements. The distinctive feature is the typographic presentation, which is used in the OOH advertising, in advertisements, in social media promotions, and on the specially developed landing page. The campaign’s content focuses on the “soft facts” of the profession: people with a high level of helpfulness, a great deal of idealism, and heart.
